The Olive Nest Café is a tribute to the rich and soulful food culture of the Mediterranean and North Africa, especially Libya, where our roots run deep. In our family and heritage, food has always been more than sustenance  it’s tradition, community, and love shared at the table.

As chefs, our passion has taken us on a culinary journey across the Mediterranean from the spice-scented souks of North Africa to the olive groves of Lebanon, the rugged coastlines of Greece, and the vibrant food markets of Sicily, Italy. It was there, amidst the scent of lemon groves and wood-fired ovens, that we deepened our love for freshly baked focaccia, flatbreads, and rustic, honest cooking.

At The Olive Nest, we bring together all the flavours we’ve gathered along the way  combining aromatic herbs, bold spices, sun-ripened vegetables, and the art of slow, thoughtful preparation.
